Accident Photos
Some pictures of my car outside the body shop after the accident (it has since been totaled, and I picked up the new car last Saturday). My six year mechanical companion is gone. Sigh. As you can see, the impact was on the driver (Jospeh K) side. Sorry for the crappy layout, I'm still figuring out the Blogger photo option. I am tech challenged.

damn, that doesn't look pleasant. no mention in your prev posts about any chiropractor/massage/ physiotherapy requirements so I gather that you took everything much better.
with all the wrinkled metal, it's the flat tire's that sticks out as a bit of an oddity... but then I'm not mechanically inclined enough to figure out the 'how' of that.
ouch.
I am not quite sure how, but the tire got shredded. Possible by stray bits of flying metal. You can't tell from the photos, but there we several gashes in the tire.
So far, the body is ok. So far.
