Yet Another Personality Test

I was talking with a friend about the blog, and she claimed that I don't really show much of myself in my blogging. She's right, but whatever. Fuck it. I carry emotions in my back pocket in real life, why should it be different here.

In any event, in an effort to show slightly more of who I am, I am passing along this cool, and somewhat accurate personality test. Here is my "type" as determined by the test:

I am Type 0: The Schizophrenic. A tie between 1, 3, 4, and 5.

Type 1 -- the Reformer: "The principled, idealistic type. Ones are conscientious and ethical, with a strong sense of right and wrong. They are teachers, crusaders, and advocates for change: always striving to improve things, but afraid of making a mistake. Well-organized, orderly, and fastidious, they try to maintain high standards, but can slip into being critical and perfectionistic. They typically have problems with resentment and impatience."

Pretty damn close, I'd say.

I got the same number of "points" for number 6 -- the Loyalist. But for whatever reason, it designated me a Reformer.

Interestingly, I received zero points for number 8, Joseph's category: "The Challenger."

No points for Category 8, SS? You must have done something wrong. Take it again, and get some points in that category. I insist.

9 pts for The Peacemaker

"They want everything to go smoothly and be without conflict, ... simplifying problems and minimizing anything upsetting."

and 5 pts for The Individualist.

"Withholding themselves from others due to feeling vulnerable and defective, they can also feel disdainful and exempt from ordinary ways of living. They typically have problems with melancholy, self-indulgence, and self-pity."

Interesting, but I think it should have been vice versa!

Really interesting results everyone. Compared to you all, I am a thug and a bully. But, what do you expect when you shared an enneagram with domineering goons like Martin Luther King, Jr., Saddam Hussein and Susan Sarandon?

Three-way tie between 3, 4 & 5 (6 pts each). Hmmm... (3) Achiever - haha hardly. But (4) Individualist and (5) Investigator - yep. So which is the wing and which is the, um, body? Because a 4 with a 5 wing is a Bohemian (yup) and a 5 with a 4 wing is an Iconoclast (depends on who's asking).

Type 4 - the Individualist

My second highest scores were for the Achiever and the Investigator.

Does that imply that I'm an iconoclast?
